New Years Resolutions
Here we are all of a sudden. Gone are the first three months of the year. In doing my quarterly review of my news years resolutions, I realize that I have kept two of them up religiously. The other two, not so much.
You may be wondering which two I ditched for nothing more than perhaps fear? For one, I was supposed to be blogging twice a week. It has been over a month since I last spent any time sharing my thoughts on my web site. The other resolution I ditched, was learning French on Duolingo. I got frustrated with the process and gave up.
The good news is that two of my goals have been consistent. I have now been doing yoga going on my sixth month. Rather than wait until January, I started in November. On a more vigorous note, this March marks the beginning of my third year of Crossfit by just attending 3x’s a week.
The other amazing news is that my book cover should be ready soon. The artist is tweaking it right now. Progress on getting my book published is always a good thing. Yet most of the time it feels like it is moving like tar on a warm road. At any rate, I am motivated and going back to the two resolutions that have been sitting on the floor of my office being ignored. I promise to blog and go back to French.
Do you think you could hold me accountable? Thanks.
